In this art exhibition, artists will have an interaction with eminent artists, media, art buyers which would develop a better and long term relationship to benefit all. On this event an annual art catalogue having art images of the participating artists will be released.

International Artist Exhibition will take place at the centrally located centre in New Delhi. As India’s Capital, New Delhi is home to the nation’s largest collecting institutions and exhibiting spaces, including the much celebrated Art Gallery of New Delhi – National Gallery of Modern Art .

Galerie Art Eterne is committed to the presentation, interpretation and propagation of Contemporary Art. Its programs explore a variety of issues that include exhibitions, talks, lectures, workshops and publications. It highlights contemporary art, sculptures, graphic prints and photography focussing masters and contemporary artists. Believing strongly in its artists and their work, the Galerie encourages them in the art market by participating in art summits and biennales, inviting critics and curators to review and publish the articles in art magazines and news papers. By assessing the level and professional skill of the artists, we allow them to explore and freely articulate new concepts that challenge the established boundaries of accepted norms.

Keeping the originality and quality standards of art, we choose the artists carefully.

Send the Image/s of your art work in high resolution JPEG (minimum 300dpi), your contact info, small write up about your work, your personal photograph and a CV (and web page if available) to Mr. Sudhanshu Paliwal at exhibition2012@gaeindia.com with the subject: “Art Eterne Exhibition” along with application form. All digital files must include the artist’s name and title of the work. Make sure the digital file names match up with the titles written on this application. Please ensure email size should not exceed 20MB in any case.

1. The jury will shortlist 75 art works from all the categories for the exhibition and selected artists will get a certificate from the Galerie. Whether your art work has been selected by juror or not, notification will be sent to you via email.
   
   
2. For selected art works, the Galerie will arrange an exhibition at the public art centre in New Delhi including catalogue, review, press release and presentation.
   
   
3. The best ten artists will be awarded a solo exhibition at Galerie Art Eterne.
   
   
4. Every selected artist will be given two catalogues of the art exhibition which shall have the images of their selected art works.

1. The participation fee does not cover the transport of the works to and from the gallery. Artists are responsible for shipping their work to the Galerie in sturdy & reusable boxes. Return shipping must be prepaid and enclosed with the art work. Works should be suitably packed and delivered at Galerie address on or before the deadline date (which will be communicated after the selection process) and will be available for pick up after the exhibition. Galerie will not be responsible for any damage occurred during transportation.
   
   
2. Maximum size: 64in x 64in for paintings/drawings, graphic print and photography. In case of sculpture work should be less than 90in overall (height + width + length), with no one dimension measuring more than 30in. Final measurements must be inclusive of frame, if applicable. Weight may not exceed 70KGs.
   
   
3. All entries must have been conceived and created by the artist submitting the work.
   
   
4. No honorarium of travelling, stay etc will be paid by the organizers to any artist participating in this exhibition.
   
   
5. All art works must be for sale, the Galerie Art Eterne charges 25% sales commission on sold works. Payment will be done to artist within 30 days of the receipt of full and final payment from customer.
   
   
6. Artists are required to sign a Consignment note which will be sent via email once the work is selected.
   
   
7. All work selected must be ready for exhibit. It has been the experience of the organizers that in many of our earlier art exhibitions many art works were received damaged due to mishandling by the courier. Outstation/International artists are suggested while sending their submissions to send their art works in a roll form to save transit damages. The artworks will be stretched and framed by the organisers and a nominal charge INR 200/- (or USD 5/-) per running foot of the canvas and INR 350/- (or USD 8/-) per running foot for paper art work. This offer is optional and is being suggested to save transit damages and expensive courier charges.
   
   
8. When the artist applies to this art exhibition for participation it is deemed that he/she has agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned above and is in full agreement for the same. All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction Only. All correspondence should be made ONLY at: - exhibition2012@gaeindia.com.
   
   
9. The Galerie reserves the right to reject work that differs from submitted images or details.
   
   
10. Decision of Galerie will be final in case of any dispute.
